Q: Will the item fits my bike?
A: Double check if your bike full model and year is showing on product description. If you bike is not on the product description, please don't buy. Any questions please feel free to contact us.

Q: Why I need to process the Checkout?
A: At Checkout you double check your shipping information. You can add your phone number or if not (000-000-0000 is ok too). Your email is important, because we will send you the Tracking Number to that email address. Please make sure the checkout information is accurate.

Q: Where was my order shipped?
A: Your order will be to the address you provided at the Checkout. An email will be send to you the day we shipped the item.

Q: Do I get a Tracking number?
A: Yes, Item will be shipped to the address you provided on the checkout. Once you paid the item, we will process the order. Once the order is shipped we will send you an email with the USPS Tracking number. Check also your junk e-mail box.

Q: I recieved or purchased by mistake the wrong item. What do I need to do?
A: Before sending back an item contact us to info@sumomotoparts.com
Do not send back an item without contacting our customer support team.

Q: Do you combine Shipping?
A: Yes, first buy all the items that you need, then follow the checkout instructions. Shipping discount will show on checkout. Once you finsh the checkout you are not going to be able to add more items.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you're not happy, during the first 30 days following the receipt of your merchandise, you may return it for a 100% refund minus shipping. Item must be in the exact condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless an incorrect product was shipped.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Fast. Shipping time within USA is between 2-5 business days. International Shipments can take up to 25 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. We will ship the item to the address you provide at the Checkout. So please take your time to give us your correct and full shipping address. Thanks.
